anyone else had this V.A.T.S. glitch? on my first playthrough, i was doing the unlikely valentine quest and opened vault 114. After entering the vault i noticed my V.A.T.S. stopped working and figured it was just a small bug and that it would work again later on, i got about half way through the game i believe and it never fixed itself and ...
