52-year-old Wayne Brown of Wilkesboro Boulevard in Boomer was arrested Thursday, March 16th by Caldwell County Sheriff's Deputies. He was charged with felony indecent liberties with a child and misdemeanor assault on a female. He has since been released with a $10,000 secured bond. A Superior Court date is scheduled for March 22 in Lenoir.
